Viewing Workflows & the Workflows tab

To delve deeper into understanding what exactly a workflow encompasses, you can check out our article What is a Workflow?

Where can I view my organisation’s workflows?

You may not be able to view the workflows your organisation has built, only the ones that have been made visible to you. At the top of your homepage, you'll find three tabs: 'Activity', 'My Things', and 'Workflows', depending on your permission level.

By clicking on the 'My Things' tab, you can access and trigger the workflows specifically designed by your organisation that have been made visible to you, whenever you need.

If you have permissions to view the Workflows that your organisation has built. You can see these in your 'Workflows' tab, and we call this your workflows index.
